By downloading, installing, or using XDECK, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use XDECK. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and XDECK.
XDECK is licensed, not sold. Upon purchasing XDECK, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on a single device-pair (one desktop and one phone). The license is perpetual and includes all future updates at no additional cost.
Each purchase covers one desktop and one paired phone. If you wish to use XDECK on additional device-pairs, each requires its own license. There are no recurring fees, subscriptions, or hidden charges.

The cloud relay feature allows you to use XDECK over the internet when your phone and desktop are not on the same network. The cloud relay is provided as a convenience feature and is subject to a fair use policy.
XDECK reserves the right to impose reasonable usage limits on cloud relay connections to ensure service reliability for all users. The relay is intended for personal use with your own devices. Automated or programmatic abuse of the relay service is prohibited.
XDECK and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of XDECK. These terms do not grant you any rights to use XDECK's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
XDECK is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that XDECK will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use XDECK at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XDECK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of XDECK. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for XDECK.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with XDECK for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase at support@xdeck.app and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked. After 30 days, all sales are final.
We may release updates to XDECK from time to time. You are not required to install updates, but we recommend doing so for the best experience and security. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of XDECK at any time, with reasonable notice given through our website or in-app notification.
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of XDECK and destroy all copies of the software in your possession. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by applicable law.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which XDECK operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through our website. Continued use of XDECK after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
